Ankrolab Brewing Company, formerly a small engine warehouse, was stripped down to the metal framing and transformed into an award-winning state-of-the-art microbrewery.
New Construction was completed of a private hangar at the Naples Municipal Airport with design by Stofft Cooney Architects. This upscale single-story structure provides storage for aircraft as well as housing office space.
Construction of a new private resident clubhouse was completed at Azure at Hacienda Lakes. The 12,000 square foot amenity center features a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, a gathering room with a catering kitchen, and a fire pit with lounge seating. Consisting of two buildings connected by a breezeway with the main building being the social wing and the secondary building featuring the fitness wing.
An interior expansion was completed to Fit & Fuel Cafe with doubling the size of the space by taking over the adjacent unit to the existing cafe and connecting it to Naples Cyclery. Featuring a 32' concrete bar top, reclaimed wood cabinetry and shelving, indoor and outdoor seating, this space is not only unique in style but also in menu offerings. An exclusive feature within the Cafe is the Fit Studio with a rotating fit platform that is located inside a re-purposed shipping container.
Pelican Marsh Golf Club underwent an extensive renovation and expansion while remaining operational, the kitchen and grill room were utilized for the members as they were renovated by BUILD the year prior. This bespoke change started with the outside where a complete remodel was done to the facade with paint, natural stone accents, and custom-made aluminum shutters and railings. The outdoor terraces were refurbished and modernized to maintain consistency with the interior renovation. The interior included the lobby, locker rooms, lounge, main and private dining rooms.
The Sand Dollar Awards, the highest accolades given by the Sales and Marketing Council of the CBIA, are presented annually to members who have demonstrated building, design, and marketing excellence in the Collier County area.
