BUILD Wins Aurora Award for Best Custom Home

BUILD wins Best Custom Home (6,001 - 8,000 square feet) for Talis Park Custom Residence. In it's 39th year, the Florida Home Builder's Association's Aurora Awards features 68 categories that represent all facets of the residential, commercial and remodeling industries. With nearly 400 entries this year, each top winner by category is presented with a Silver Aurora Award.

BUILD is honored to win this prestigious award as we worked with a superior team and fabulous customer. One of the unique features in this bespoke home is the floor to ceiling windows as they change your perception of interior spaces and enhance the idea of blurring spatial connections between the inside and outside.

From overall design to sustainability, the awards program offers categories for each participant in the construction industry. Aurora is a design competition of the Southeast for residential and commercial construction professionals actively involved in projects located in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and the Eastern Caribbean.

BUILD Expands Fit & Fuel Cafe

BUILD has expanded the Fit & Fuel Cafe located in the Pavilion shopping plaza in Naples. Fit & Fuel Cafe offers a rustic urban style and is now connected to Naples Cyclery. The interior expansion doubles the size of the cafe and includes a 32' concrete bar top, indoor and outdoor seating.

A unique feature within the Cafe is the Fit Studio as it is located in a shipping container in the renovated space complete with a rotating fit platform.
