BUILD completed the interior renovation to the Collier County Tax Collector's Office located on the main government campus at 3291 Tamiami Trail East. The renovation of the existing 20,725 SF one-story structure designed by Disney & Associates, P.A. consisted of demolition and reconstruction of steel stud and gypsum board interior partitions, suspended gypsum board and acoustical ceilings, new electrical services, restroom, cabinetry and air conditioning throughout.

The space transitioned from a hallway layout to an open lobby area. The following services are offered at this branch: Property Tax, Vessels, Motor Vehicle Registration, Hunting & Fishing, and Tourist Tax.

[BUILD] has completed construction on a custom spec home in Aqualane Shores. This bespoke design by Don Stevenson Design and Lotus Architecture, features a coastal-inspired four-bedroom, five bath, 7,000 square foot two-story pool home.

This home has numerous distinct features starting with the exterior that includes an aluminum roof, three open air covered balconies, an entryway that features staggered stone lighted columns and a trellis lined three-car garage.

Extraordinary details can be found throughout the interior of the home with elegant ceiling details, custom millwork finishes, and a unique wood and cable railing. Grande Lake Sales Center Completed

BUILD has completed an on-site sales center for Moorings Park Grande Lake in Naples, FL. The 4,000-square foot sales center for the London Bay multi-family community with 250 residences is located on the land adjoining the Naples Grande Golf Club in central Naples. A metal roof and stacked stone adorn the exterior of this modern style center which features a conference room, multiple meeting rooms, work room, kitchen, and an open living space.

[BUILD] Awarded Florida Power & Light Project

[BUILD] will be constructing a new structural steel observation tower for Florida Power & Light at the Babcock Ranch Solar Field.  The 20' x 20' platform will also feature a pavilion below.

This is the second project BUILD has built for Florida Power & Light. BUILD also constructed Florida's first ever solar energy center with 90,500 solar panels in 2009. This facility continues to serve customers using photovoltaic technology.

BUILD Wins Three 2017 Sand Dollar Awards

On September 30, BUILD was presented with three Sand Dollar Awards by the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) at the annual awards banquet, which recognizes excellence in the building industry.

BUILD won the following Sand Dollar Awards: Best Office/Commercial Park over $5,000,000 for Arthrex, Inc.; Best Commercial Project ($3,000,001 - $5,000,000) for the LaMorada Clubhouse; and Best Commercial Project ($1,000,0001 - $3,000,000) for the clubhouse at Esplanade Golf & Country Club.

The Arthrex campus was renovated to include cutting edge meetings rooms, a collaborative office space, a cafeteria, restrooms and a locker room for visiting doctors and staff. The project also included renovating and expanding the existing wet lab, adding a second-floor exterior bridge to connect two existing buildings, a large elevated outdoor meeting area with a spiral staircase, thousands of square feet of additional glazing systems for ample natural light, and a lush courtyard area for entertaining team members and doctors. Construction on this project was run around the clock and completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

The 13,700-square foot lakefront clubhouse at LaMorada features an array of amenities on scale with those of a much larger country club community but set in an intimate community of only 343 homes. The elegant clubhouse is designed around a grand lobby and verandah, greeting residents and guests in style. This British West Indies inspired space features a culinary arts center, theater, library, and a state-of-the-art fitness center that includes an aerobics studio and massage room.

Esplanade Golf & Country Club is a distinctive gated community with a resort lifestyle experience. Two of the newest amenities within Esplanade include the Bahama Bar and the Wellness Center. The Bahama Bar is al fresco dining with the feeling of a casual island resort in your backyard. [BUILD] Begins Construction at the Greater Marco Family YMCA

[BUILD] has begun construction on the administration office renovation at the Greater Marco Family YMCA. Designed by Living Designs Group Florida Architects, Inc., an additional 2,648 square feet will be added to the front of the main building where the community partnership services with social services and cardiac rehab as well as leadership offices will be located. The Fitness Center will undergo an expansion and will offer 24-hour access.

Modern Retreat in Manasota Key

[BUILD] is currently building a modern family retreat in Manasota Key. BUILD Completes Countryside Country Club and Wellness Center in Naples

BUILD has completed a three phased project to Countryside Country Club in Naples. The existing clubhouse underwent multiple additions and renovations.

Phase one occurred across from the Clubhouse with the addition of a Restroom and Storage Building. A Pavilion area was built to provide shade for the new tennis and bocce courts with additional parking for the members.

Phase two included a new one-story 6,300 square foot Wellness Center with a fitness room, yoga studio, men and women's locker rooms and a conference/multi-purpose room. The Wellness Center flows into the existing pool area.

Phase three entailed extending the Porte Cochere and the new Four Seasons Dining room. The portico addition adds elegance and enhances the overall impression of the main entrance of the clubhouse while offering a covered drop-off area for inclement weather. The extended dining area offers an additional 1,200 square feet and accommodates seating for approximately 50 additional guests with glass views of the lake and golf course.

[BUILD] continues construction on a custom single family home in Talis Park in Naples. This four bedroom six bath three car garage contemporary home was designed by Mark J. Leonardi Architect (MJLA). Offering 6,745 square feet under air, this gorgeous home was designed for entertaining guests with its open floorplan that showcases the outdoor amenities.

Currently the framing crew has been installing the hip trusses, ridge framing and fascia. This week the roof sheathing and rough framing will be done along with waterproofing and window preparation.
