[BUILD] continues construction on a custom single family home in Talis Park in Naples. This four bedroom six bath three car garage contemporary home was designed by Mark J. Leonardi Architect (MJLA). Offering 6,745 square feet under air, this gorgeous home was designed for entertaining guests with its open floorplan that showcases the outdoor amenities.

Currently the framing crew has been installing the hip trusses, ridge framing and fascia. This week the roof sheathing and rough framing will be done along with waterproofing and window preparation.
